  •   robert & david Robert M. Price is rated "AV", the highest rating given by Martindale-Hubell, the standard reference book of American attorneys. The general practice areas of the firm are civil litigation, immigration, medical malpractice/personal injury and corporate law, both domestic and foreign. This law firm was established 35 years ago after Mr. Price graduated from George Washington University National Law Center in Washington, D.C. While attending GW he worked for the U.S. State Department, and following graduation, he was honored with a Carnegie Foundation Grant to study international law at the International Court of Justice, in the Hague, Netherlands. Upon returning to Washington, he began this firm. Over the years, his partners have included prominent attorneys from the U.S. Senate, U.S. Attorney's Office, and numerous Diplomats.

Currently, the firm has ten associates who specialize in representation before all branches of the Federal Government, litigation in State and all Federal Courts, and international transactions. With its main office in the nation's capital, it also has offices in nearby Maryland and Virginia. Members of this firm are fluent in English, Hebrew, Farsi, Arabic, French, Spanish, Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi, and Amharic.

Associates of the firm include Mr. Price's son David, who specializes in Corporate Law, Securities Affairs and Mediation. David brings a unique and polished background having worked both on Capitol Hill as personal aide to a Congressman and the Israeli Foreign Ministry where he served as Information and Press Officer. Growing up in Washington’s international professional environment led to many personal contacts which are an added value for the firm’s clients. David’s depth of business and regulatory knowledge as well as his finesse in corporate and securities affairs has allowed him to be an active and energetic participant with the firms’ business clientele in actualizing their goals, rather than a static scribe.

Mary Sue Donavan's practice is limited to immigration law, representing clients in administrative proceedings before the Immigration and Naturalization Service and the Immigration Court. Since serving as a Law Clerk to the Washington District Immigration Judges under the US Department of Justice Honors Program in 1991-1992, she has successfully represented a wide range of both family and business clients in the Virginia, District of Columbia, and Maryland jurisdictions. Nazanin Nasri, a member of the American legal bar, began her career as an attorney in Iran, specializing in finance at the Central Bank of Iran. Additionally, the firm has the expertise and advise of a retired member of the Iranian Diplomatic Corps, available at all times.

Mr. Bhupinderpal S. Chhabra is an attorney and retired career diplomat. Having represented India for many years, he served in key diplomatic posts in East Africa and Asia, as well as in Switzerland and representation of India at numerous international conferences.

Also associated is Mr. Sahlu Mikael, an Ethiopian attorney with American legal training. His legal experience was acquired as an associate on behalf of major U.S. corporations.

The firm's many years of dedicated work in an international setting, as well as its unique confluence of both legal and diplomatic background have given the law firm an unparalleled reputation for zealous representation of its clients' interests, at home and abroad.
